Hello Everyone -
I am troubleshooting the wife's 2015 Edge Sport. She came home the other day, put the car into park but the vehicle remained in Drive. I was able to manually override the shifter and shift through the different gears but the vehicle will not shift into park.

I attached a short video. If it doesn't open for you try to open with Windows player.
