Default AWD left side display disappear

I recently bought a new 2019 Ford Edge SE, AWD with all the bells and whistles. The car came with a winter tire package that they forgot to put on when I went to pick up my vehicle. I drove the car for a week and then they called me when the tires were in. Now before I had my winter tires put on I swear in the left-sided display there was an animated car that showed what was going on with the AWD. Depending on where the power was placed on the tires the colors were different. Now after having my winter tires put on, I don't see this anymore and can't seem to find it. Also, my 360 driver assist is not functioning. Before I had the winter tires put on, if you forgot to signal or drifted into the next lane the steering wheel would vibrate and it's not doing that now. I went into the settings and changed them back and forth hoping it would reset but it hasn't. My car is clean and nothing is blocking any of the cameras. Can someone help me with this......am I going crazy? That picture of the car was there....I am sure of it. I found a picture online of it.

Thanks for your help
Renee

Your vehicle has what is called ADAS (Advanced driver assistance system). What ever they did ,they disabled the system and it may require recalibration. The dealership should have the necessary equip and training to repair this. Might be a good idea to review it's operation in your owners manual.
