Yes I just had an issue with my 2019 Ford Edge with only 70,000 miles. and Unfortunately the same thing happened with my 2012 Ford Edge. I took them both in for an engine light and they came back stating I needed a new transmission! The shop claimed it was because I had not done a transmission service . Yet a transmission service is not needed until 150,000 miles. Look at the reviews on Reddit and you will
find these same issues with many Ford Edge Suv. I’m getting ready to look into an attorney.
