It keeps blowing the #3 fuse which causes the hazards dome light and turn signals not to operate. Just wondering where to go next on how to fix it.

 

Want to make sure I have all the facts:

Only the right front turn signal is on.
The turn switch is in the rest position.
Does the bulb flash or stay on constant.
Does it matter if the headlights are on or off.
Have you been hit in the right front corner.
Does the dome light and other turn signals work when a few fuse is installed.
Have you removed the right front turn bulb and checked what happens to the fuse then.
