I have replaced the control arms,witch include ball joints,sway linkage axels tie rods.the problem I'm having is when there's moisture on the road of any kind the tires have no control it jerks left and right I can't drive it.i live in mn

 

Did you have a front end alignment done ? If not , you should !

From what you describe, it sounds like wheel speed sensors are possibly involved here..
