Default 2009 ford escape parasitic drain

Hey everyone, looking for some advice before I beat my head against a wall. I have a 2009 ford escape 4 banger, and if the car hasn't been started in about 36 hours it won't start. Not only won't start, it won't even turn on the interior lights. It has about 200 mA draw on the battery, and I have pulled every fuse out of the interior and engine fuse box one at a time, as well as all at once, with the draw not disappearing. It has had 2 different batteries and 2 different alternators put in with no change, and the rear wiper motor has been disconnected (the rear wiper doesn't always return to where it should and I was worried it was running trying to fix the wiper position). I have also removed the negative cable ground, cleaned, and re-attached the ground to the body. Does anybody have any idea what I can do? Thanks in advance

Normally just about all factory built electrical features have fusible link or fuse protection.

Are there any add on things that might not be protected by fuse/relay panel parts?

Not that I can think of. I doubt the trailer hitch and wiring is factory on a 4 cylinder but I believe it should still have a fuse slot...other than that we have a baby camera that stays plugged in to the cigarette lighter, which is also fused...other than that the car is nothing fancy honestly

I had the same issue with my wife's escape. I hooked my scanner up and ran some tests, Turns out it was the right rear door lock module. Door would be closed, no dome light but it still drained the battery.
