I can pull my drivers seat belt and latch in on. and when I quit driving it will retract back up. My problem is when I press the brake on the seat belt does not stop me from going forward.
If I am in a crash it's for sure I am going threw the windshield.

Should I be replacing the part were the seat belt is connected to.?

 

I removed the seat and sprayed the two connectors and made the connection and the seat belt now works
