Default 2011 Escape warning lights

What could be wrong with my car??On June 29 I drove over a a large solid thing on the highway and a minute later my throttle control light came on and I stopped being able to accelerate so I pulled off and parked. About an hour later I was able to drive away with no issues. For a month there were a couple of incidents where that light would come on but I’d just restart my car and it would go away. On 7/26 I was driving in a hilly area and the throttle light and engine light came on and I was unable to drive so I got a tow to my shop where they did the repairs in the attached screenshot. On 7/28 I got the car back but noticed that when driving it, it felt like the car was kind of sputtering and skipping a beat. On 7/29 as I was driving the batter light and oil pressure light came on, the car stalled out and would freeze/not let me drive but those lights would stay on. Once or twice I was able to pull over, restart the car, and keep going but I pulled into a gas station to wait for a tow. While waiting 2 hours the car was on but when we got to the shop ~20 mins away the car would not start. The next morning the techs said it started fine, no warning lights were on, no codes were coming up, and it drove fine. At least an hour later another tech drive the car and said the same thing. After that I drive the car with a tech and nothing happened. The morning of 7/31 as I was driving a message that said engine oil change skin came on, although I am 5k miles away from my next oil change. Just a few minutes later the battery and oil pressure lights came back on and the car died.
