did you happen to figure out what the noise was? I have pretty much the same thing going on I replaced the stabilizer links and the noise actually ended up getting worse

I found no solution yet. There is definitely a feeling along with the noise. Definitely in the front end suspension. I've even tried to air down the tires a bit.

Can you help us out a little?
Noise to 3 different people can produce 3 different descriptions.

Does the noise sound like something loose ,tinny?

Does it sound like a banging sound, a scraping sound, a sound that might sound in cycles ?

The more info you can provide, no matter how slight , is important to help pin down the source and possible cause.

Noises do telegraph and can originate in one place and sound like it s coming from a different location.

Noises are extremely difficult to diagnose on a forum. It's all quesswork. Your best approach is to get the vehicle on a lift for a front end inspection. Most facilities will do this for free and provide an estimate. It's likely safety related and you shouldn't delay any further on this if you are still driving it.
By saying it's a banging, tiiny or scrapping noise does not provide much information.

I would describe the noise as a medium to heavy rattle.

The vehicle was supposedly to Ford on a few occasions, Was it there for them to determine the source of the noise , if so what did they say and if not why was it at Ford?

Yes, first they replaced the control arms. Next visit they replaced the struts. The first try was to replace the stabilizer links. I did that myself. Very simple, straightforward. And yes they are correct.
