2018 Ford Escape Sync Problem Pairing Phone
I have a 2018 Ford Escape that I bought used. There are 2 phones that are paired on it. I deleted them and paired my phone. Everything is fine until I go to use the car the next time and the 2 deleted phones show back up and my phone is no longer listed. I tried doing a master reset and they still come back. I tried leaving them on there and pairing my phone and making it the favorite and the next time I go to drive it my phone is gone again leaving only the 2 that were on there when I bought it. So frustrated. Anyone else have this problem or know what I can do to fix?
