I recently saw the battery light on and took it in for service.

A new battery was installed.

The light still comes on upon startup but only for about a minute then goes out, I also just discovered the lighter does not work. So my question has 2 parts

1. Where is the fuse for the lighter I dont see it listed in the box under the hood.
2. Could the fuse out be causing the battery light to go on for the brief time its on.

 

Sounds to me that there might be an alternator problem in the near future.
