1.6 ecoboost a/c problem
I have replaced the A/C refrigerant suction hose - YF37327 6 times in the past 3 years. There is a service bulletin about it (TSB 19.2287) that requires a support clip, etc, but it did not matter.
A top motor mount was bad which name for vibration and the Turbo waste gate solenoid intermittently popped which increased vibration.
Ford is no help. They say the oil cooler line, which is close, is causing the line to blow out. My question is could the compressor br pushing too much pressure to cause a blowout? That seems to be the only thing we haven't replaced in trying to find the problem.
Open to all suggestions because this i have to get this fixed. Car runs excellent & tge A/C is the only problem.

A little FYI, there are 2 hoses, suction and pressure side. The hose in the pix is the high pressure side.. There is a high pressure switch on the compressor that is supposed to open the circuit to the compressor magnetic clutch if the pressure exceeds the limit. That switch is stuck closed or maybe bypassed. Your best bet is to have the compressor replaced. Unless you have all the equipment to do the job correctly, ,better to have a shop with the equip do the job..You will need the proper refrigerant oil and a vacuum pump to do the job right.
That's probably going to be the case. I've found that Fords have this idiosyncrasy that when they go, they go. Chevy, GMC * Ram will Nicole & dime you to death but those little fixes will keep you on the road. Not so with Fords!
