Have a 2013 1.6l escape. Have recently had issues with the touch button on the screen not working to expand into the entertainment window. Whenever I touch it, it makes the sound but never opens up the new window. Every other function (ie. navigation, phone, climate) all work normally. Just today the radio stopped working completely. Nothing word with the touch screen or the push buttons. Anyone else have any similar issues or possible fixes? Pyres I've tried turning it off and on again!
