Failing horn relay?

There is one thing you might consider,
IF,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,we are sure the noise is coming from the horn , Just unplug the wire from the horn(s) and see if you still have the noise.
But don't forget to plug the wire back on if you decide to drive the vehicle anywhere.

I replaced the fuse the morning after this happened and in the intervening three days the sound has not reoccured. Dunno. Have driven it twice, everything fine.

Fate works in mysterious ways, but NORMALLY,,,if no power is going to the horn, it should not do anything.
Soooo, since we did not come up with a good explanation of what was causing the noise , if it was the horn, ,,,,me thoughts be that it will come back for a return visit.
