Default 2009 Ford escape charging system problems

Alright, anyone want to help me try and make any sense of this? My 2009 ford escape 4 cyl has had a parasitic drain for the last few months. I've pulled every fuse in the car but the drain remains, but I've kinda just left it since it takes about 3 days for the battery to die, and it's a daily driver...so only a few dead batteries...now we're having issues with the radio clock...which I feel might be a hint. The clock loses time...it never resets back to 12:00 like it would if the battery went dead...but after about a month of setting the time the clock is about 3 hours behind, and has never reset. Any ideas? (Battery and alternator are less than 6 months old)

Your vehicle has a network that consists of several modules that communicate with one another. The radio is one of the modules and could have a problem. Remember the radio has to have power to it all the time in order to maintain the correct time.
A capable scan tool should be able to verify if there is a problem with that module.
Suggest you have a good shop check this all out before replacing anything.
