I recently purchased a 2018 ford escape with my ford touch installed. The issue we are having is the ford pass on our phones do not connect to the my ford touch. I have contacted the ford pass guide and they told me it was possible that the vehicles modem may be not working properly. I would like to know if anyone has had the same problem.
