Ford Pass App problems...
I have the Ford Pass app and up until now no real big issues with it except for now. I have the latest update for it and that's when the problem started. My phone is an Android 9 and now if I open up the app all I see is a blue screen with the Ford logo and that's it. To get it to work I must uninstall/reinstall and then I can log in. However when I log out to get back on the app I must once again do an uninstall/reinstall. I was on the Ford's chat feature and was told to get it to work I must have Android 10 or 11 which I think is bs. I did check my phone and as of now I can't update it and if I could I'm sure it would cost. So right now I can buy a new phone or disregard the free Ford Pass app, I'll disregard the app. I think the Chat person gave faulty information and I'm hoping Ford will resolve this so is anyone else having this problem with the app? Thanks!
