Every so often my Sync 3/Apple CarPlay will freeze. I will either need to turn my car off, and open the door to reset OR I will do the hard reset (which wipes settings from Sync, so that is a last resort). Anyone else have this issue? I drive a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I recently updated my Sync version. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it, nor do I know if I can roll that back.
