Front end loose.
On rough roads the front end jumps rattles and the steering wheel goes where it wants?
Replace lower control arms, Tie rod ends and the SWAY BAR WISH BONES. All come new in a kit. Your Ball joints are worn out... Sway bar bushings...and control arm bushings are gone. Hope ya didn't replace the struts/ bushing.
Make sure ya get it aligned after...Wah La...Muy Bueno!
