My wife had these issues with her 2014 SE Escape today (Base engine)

Instructions
As a precaution, your vehicle's fuel delivery may be disabled as a result of the crash event. Fuel Delivery may be re-enabled by the taking the following stapes:
1. inspect the vehicle for possble fuel leaks
2. in the case of key start, turn the key off, then turn the key on
note in soe cases it maybe more than one atempt to restart the vehicle

Car was not in a accident

911 assist not operational

she was having issues with her phone with the car

has picture of the stuff behind the wheel being off and Sync screen still on and they should both be off

and something with a interior ceiling light being on when not supposed to. Maybe it was still on timer? I don't know.

All recalls have been done.
