Default HELP ! P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure / 05 Escape

2005 Escape XLT...So, on the way home check engine light comes on again. Code reader displays P0193. Can anyone suggest what the most logical solution could be.
I have a 2005 Escape XLT with 125,000 mi and until now have not had any problems. I have been clearing the code as it pops up but it now appears about 2-3 times a week. Truck still seems to run fine ! With two kids in college, needless to say money is an issue. What would be the best case and worse case scenario along with what I could expect to pay a dealer for any repairs. Where is this sensor located on my Escape. Can someone please offer advice. FYI, complete tune up was done at 92,500 mi.

I believe the code signals that the reading the PCM gets, is on the high side. That could be possibly because of a poor ground for the sensor, defective sensor itself ,and possibly a few other less likely reasons. It should be located on the fuel rail feeding the fuel injectors. Always a good move to do a visual inspection first if not already done.
