There is a good possibility one of the wheel speed sensors could be defective. If possible see if there any codes in the computer and that might help direct you to which wheel has the problem. Places like Autozone, Reillys, and some other auto supply stores will check for any codes, usually at no charge. Get the code number(s) and post them here.

no error codes. (test with an Autel MaxiScan MS300 myself...)
only abs light is on. I parked the car for one night and the light was not on when I drove in the parking lot at a low speed. but it was on after my speed upon like 20~30 mph.
any idea, guys?

that is not a scan tool and cannot read chassis codes; which is what is set when the abs light turns on.

Its a 18$ code reader which reads only powertrain codes.

hanky is giving you excellent advise.
Another approach is to checking the wheel bearings for play and takin the wheel off so you can inspect and clean the sensor and the tone wheel (the part of the hub with the squarish teeth). Anything that may interfere with the sensor reading the motion of these teeth could cause a ABS light on.
I hope the ABS controllers on the Escape are better than those in the Windstar!
