The grille on my 2003 Ford Escape keeps breaking around the bolt inserts that locks it into place. It is made out of plastic and I have already replaced it twice. Does anyone have suggestions on any after market grilles that are 100% made out of metal.

 

Could you maybe be overtightening those bolts that moderate temperature changes are resulting in cracked parts.
