Default Oil leak and Camshaft position sensor codes after turbo replacement 1.6 ecoboost

Hey folks,

My wife's friend has a Ford Escape... 2007-2010, somewhere in that range with the 1.6L turbocharged eco-boost engine. She had the turbo replaced and now she's leaking oil and getting Camshaft position sensor codes and an intake air temp sensor code.

I mean, I told her straight out that this had to be related to a "less than satisfactory" installation of the new turbo unit, however I was hoping you guys could provide me a more detailed explanation of where and what and whether this was something that you've seen before?

Apologies, I'm a Jeep guy myself (so I know where MY vehicle is leaking oil from.. lol) so I'm quite familiar with DIY auto stuff, just not at all familiar with newer vehicles and/or Fords and this is (for me) both.

The escape was not offered with the 1.6 ecoboost until 2013

You might want to figure out the year/engine.

Are you looking for advice on how to fix the issues?
