Default 3.5 Eco-Boost Reliability

I am looking to purchase a gently used 2018-2019 F-150 4x4 with the 3.5 Eco-Boost & max tow package to pull a 27' travel trailer with UVW of 5,500lb and hitch weight of 525lb. Primary use of truck would be as a daily driver. With the price of vehicles these days I plan to keep truck for many years.
My question is how reliable is the Eco-Boost motors? Any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Larry

3.5 ecoboost is a good reliable engine.
Known issues are - waterpump is a pain with all the turbo tubes in the way, the vacuum pump leaks oil, leaking turbo coolant fittings, they seems to need tune ups more slightly often then non turbo engines.
