My volume not working on my factory radio navigation system and everything else is working. Solutions anyone please.

If the volume control is not responding on both the radio AND the navigation system, there is an internal problem with the radio assy and that will need to be checked and repaired. This will require the radio to be removed from the vehicle and taken to a qualified repair shop.
