Question Recall 23S27 & 23E09 on 2021 Hybrid

We are about to pull the trigger on a new to us 2021 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid. Doing some research I found the following two recalls at Ford Canada.

23S27 - Underhood fire from May 13, 2023
23E09 - Reprogram powertrain control module from Sept 21, 2023

How likely are these to impact me? How long does it usually take Ford to find and distribute a fix?

It is always important to know , if possible, why the vehicle was sold or traded.
Sometimes we buy the other person's headache.

That way we have some idea of what to expect up the road.
HYEV batteries don't come cheap and it would help to know if this one of the reasons for selling it.

I hear you. You never know what you are going to get. At least as a 2021 it still has some powertrain warranty and hybrid warranty.

I do know that it's one owner and no accidents.
