Could you provide us a little more info like , low line to What? To avoid any confusion it is usually better to use, passenger side /driver side.

If the A/C is working , but not as cold as it used to be, of the 2 lines one will be cool and the other one will be warm/hot. The cool one is the low side.
Also, the line coming from the condenser in front of the radiator is the high side and should be hot. The larger of the 2 lines is usually the low side and it comes from the evaporator inside the vehicle and goes to the compressor. If you remove the plastic caps off the fittings the smaller of the two is the low side. If you, no doubt, are planning to add refrigerant , please use safety glasses/goggles . Add no more than necessary to get the interior duct down to about 50 degrees F. Add it slowly with the container upright so only gas can go into the system !!! If the container is not kept upright and liquid from the container is allowed to go into the compressor it can damage the compressor.

OK, the smaller Schrader valve fitting it the LOW pressure side (the one farthest from the washer fluid bottle), the larger Schrader valve is the HIGH pressure side. Another way to tell, is the low pressure side is the COLD side, so if the A/C compressor is running, then the low pressure line will be cold (moist depending on outside humidity). High pressure side will be hot when running.

Correct, the line near the windshield washer bottle will be the HIGH pressure line.
