Default 1989 Escort 1.9l, crank, no start, intermittent injector. (With video)

Hello all, new this forum. Came to a dead end on the FEOA forums and was hoping someone here might have some additional information. I have a 1989 Escort LX Wagon, 1.9l CFI, with a crank, no start issue. I have replaced the fuel pump, regulator, filter, injector, and ECM to no avail. This issue occurred suddenly one morning. Ran fine the day before, next morning would not start. I've checked the inertia switch, it's getting spark, TPS, is good, fuel pump primes and I can hear it run once it's going. Originally it wouldn't do anything unless you fed it gas, now all of a sudden, it will start with fuel/starting fluid, and the injector will only fire momentarily when throttle is applied, keeping the car running. I'm not really sure what to check next, I've seen some information possibly pointing to a bad EEC relay or maybe something to do with the distributor, however I'm unsure. I have a video to provide some visual explanation. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
