Default 1999 Escort wipers issue
My daughter says her wipers work sometimes only on high, sometimes only on intermittent, and sometimes not at all. Any idea what needs fixed or replaced?

If all the power and ground connections are checked and if found to be OK, then the wiper motor needs to be replaced.
