2002 7.3 Diesel

I have a 2002 excursion diesel that stalls from time to time. Has anyone had this problem happen. After it stalls it will start up right away but to me it's a problem. I was thinking the power relay maybe going bad. Any help?

Generally a stallw/restart is the CMP... Cam position sensor..
