Hey guys,
Today my 2004 EB Expedition randomly cut off twice while driving. The first time was in a parking lot at slow speed, all the gauges pegged and it gave me the Service Engine Soon light. The engine came back on and I drove off.
The second time I was driving 40 mph or so and it cut off and restarted immediately. Same light, and gauges pegged. It jolted when it cut off and then just kept going like nothing happened.
This is the first problem I've had with my car, runs great, engine, transmission, and brakes. So I'm not sure what it could be. Any thoughts?

 

A good place to start would be to have the vehicle checked for any codes.
A lot of auto supply stores will do that for free, like Autozone.You might get the codes and post them here,before buying anything.
