Default 2003 surging issue

My 2003 Expedition 4.6 is experiencing surging ... i replaced the injectors ,,, coil packs ,, cleaned throttle body ,,, changed air temp sensor and mass airflow sensors .... Thought on why this is happening? See video attached to hear the problem ...

Thanks in advance

First, couldn't access your link.
My second question is related to the description of the problem.

There are a few things that can produce surging.
We need to know at what speed , accelerating, decelerating ,cruising. What do you do to eliminate it or reduce it?

Did you have the vehicle checked for any codes?
You didn't mention spark plugs, which may or may not contribute to the problem.

Does it happen more when the engine is cold or warm?

I am not sure why the attachment didn't work .. I changed the format of the attachment to WMV ... hopefully that'll work ...

This is happening at idle both warm and cold.

Plugs were replaced as well as the O2 sensors ...

Did you check the EGR valve for being clean so it can fully seat and not allowing exhaust gas to interfere with mixture info that the oxygen sensor is sending to the PCM and it keeps trying to correct?

I suspect a vacuum leak or a fuel pressure issue causing a lean mix.. Connect a scan tool with live stream capability. Looking at the fuel trims will give you some direction and a highly positive reading would verify a leak or a fuel pressure problem.
