Instead of guessing and throwing parts at it that may not be the cause, is there any way you could get a picture of the data stream info. Fuel trim figures would be a big help.

We could look for a vacuum leak or maybe a sensor getting and/or sending faulty info to the vehicle computer and causing problems.

Could you be a little mode specific with your description ? Idles rough,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when, is it in gear , hot/ cold ,,,what accessories are on, so you can see it is not that easy to throw out worthwhile suggestions without a lot more info.
Has any kind of maintenance been done lately and then the problem appeared ?
How was it determined the injectors needed replacing ? Was the rough idle there before that was done?

Rough idle has been going on for a while, prior to injectors being replaced It occurs in gear and in park. Occurs with Ac on or off. We replaced the injectors hope to improve gas mileage and hoped it would help the rough idle. Now, since replacing, it takes long to start.

how do I get data stream information?

Data stream info is available with only a capable scan tool.

Can you do this ?
When you go to start the engine, let it crank once or twice ,,,BUT before it starts,, remove any spark plug. Need to know if it is wet or dry.
If wet engine is flooded possible ign system problem.
If dry , no fuel getting to cyls. Good possibility engine has more than one problem,, hopefully not an added problem, lol.

1) complete a cycle of Berryman 2611
2) then Berryman 2616 and finish the tank
3) next fill up use Cataclean
4) every 3 fill up use Berryman 0116

Way better than throwing random parts at it.

For scan tool here is the option:
1) if you have a laptop you can download Forscan and run the free trial, you will need to buy OBDLink EX (recommended) a cheap $17 OBD2 to USB ELM327 (not recommended)
2) if you prefer bluetooth adapter get OBDLink MX+ (this one is costly but it's top of the line with free enhanced diagnostics support, you can read ford's specific DTCs), the bad thing about adapters is the lack of bi-directional support
3) Foxwell NT510 Elite w/ Ford, this is the best possible scanner you can get at just $100 with bi-directional support and active tests. It comes with one software (the car's make), each additional for around $70. When you get w/ Ford it covers Lincoln and Mercury, Honda software also include Acura, Toyota you also get Scion and Lexus.
4) Innova 5610, if you own many cars and with different car's make (ford, toyota, chevy, nissan, and a honda), then this scanner supports all make but with limited and basic bi-directional support but feature wise nt510 elite + ford software is way better than this. Another weakness of innova 5610 is the lack of support on European vehicles. This scanner is $300, exact 3 times more than NT510 Elite.

The easiest to get data stream is with a bluetooth adapter you can take screenshot of something like this:

Using the cable on a laptop you still can take screenshot. NT510 Elite and Innova 5610 you can still print to a wireless printer or you just need to take screenshots with your phone.
