We checked everything up to the Relay by the radiator support. Relay is good, we can make the compressor come on by placing power on pin 30 where the relay plugs in. I am needing a wiring diagram to trace from the relay to see why no power is getting there. Thanks

Just out of curiosity, have you checked the refrigerant charge in the system? A low charge will keep the A/C compressor from engaging. What is the static pressure of your system?

 

We checked system it is full of freon has correct pressure....only 3 to 5 volts at compressor and at the relay by radiator we can put powet there and compressor comes on...i am looking for the wiring diagram to see where the power comes from tjat goes to the relay by the radiator thanks

 

OK...I like to start with the easy stuff since it wasn't mentioned. I don't have a wiring schematic, but you might be able to borrow one from your local Ford dealer. Their's is probably collecting dust since the Freestar/Monteray are 11 years out of production.
