2008 Ford Expedition XLT. There is this beep, beep noise while driving. Sometimes intermittent, sometimes the entire trip. The only way it will stop is if I turn on the turn signal. It has the same sound as when you put the key in the ignition. I thought it was just the dash, so I replaced it and its still there. Any suggestions?

 

Did you have a chance to check the signal lights to see if they all work?

 

Yes, they all work. All lights work. Its driving my wife crazy. We are trying to keep this as long as possible. I have read another post in here that says it could be the ignition key door latch is bad. Because thats what the noise sounds like. When you first put your key in and it beeps until you turn the key.
