Clunk at the right side of engin

Default Clunk at the right side of engin

Dear all
i’m having Ford Expedition 2013 4W4.it run for 131634 mi .recently there is clunk or clink on the ride side of the engin head .i did replacement of the sensor mounted at the side .however the sound still exist
advice please

Not knowing the history of your vehicle, from what you describe I would strongly suggest that you have the engine checked for possible variable valve timing component problems as soon as you can. If it does not apply, great, but if something is going on there and pieces of nylon get loose and drop into the oil pan they could block the oil pick up tube to the oil pump and we don;t need to have that happen.
History would include frequency of oil changes, type and grade of motor oil used.
