I moved to GA which requires emissions for the registration and got these codes on my 2000 EB expedition 5.4l

C1230 ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSOR REAR CENTER INPUT CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

B1676 BATTERY PACK VOLTAGE OUT OF RANGE
P0171 BANK1 SYSTEM TOO LEAN NON-MIL
P0174 BANK2 SYSTEM TOO LEAN NON-MIL

Since we need to start somewhere,
Check all the fuses especially the fuse for the ABS (anti-lock brake) system.
That fuse and it's location is shown in your owner's manual in the fuse/relay section.
