Default does 98 expedition have o2 heater fuses?

i have a 98 Expedition 5.4 about 215,000 miles, i desided to show her some love and replaced plugs (E3 plugs), coils (accel), injectors. after all that i could smell a rich condition them shortly after P1132 and P1152 code.

I believe you posted an earlier post pertaining to this problem. Sometimes it is better to stay with the same postings so anyone attempting to assist has as much info as possible. If I remember correctly, a few suggestions were offered, but we do not know if any have helped.
Why did you change all the parts that were changed?
What was the original problem?
It's like going to the doctor and saying my toe hurts and the doctor doesn't know which foot, or which toe because the info is not sufficient to offer any beneficial help.
There is fuse protection for the O2 heater circuit, but the heaters only get the sensor to heat up faster than waiting for exhaust heat to warm them.
