I have a 2022 Expedition and about mid-morning today, after driving it around this morning, I got a notice that an update would install once shutting off the vehicle. I turned it off and went inside. About 10 minutes later, my FordPass went off and told me that the install failed and that I needed to contact customer service. My vehicle was completely disabled, nothing worked, completely dead on every level. I hade to have it towed to the Ford dealer but it couldn't even be shifted into neutral to tow. The tow company had to drop the drive shaft in order to even get it on the truck. Ford told me they don't know what's wrong but it will be weeks before I get it back. What if I were in the middle of nowhere and everything just shut down and leave me stranded. Anyone else have this issue?
