I have an 00 exped xlt. It is giving service codes p1299 and p1451. The truck has died several times while driving, sometimes firing right back up sometimes not. the coolant is full, belt is good. when it dies the theft light is flashing, it will start when the theft light isn't flashing, won't start when it is. the codes are not related to this though. also while driving the rpms will increase suddenly but only revs the motor no power to the wheels like the tranny is slipping. All this occurs while low on gas or full on gas no difference.
