No Power to the Dashboard Climate Control Module ....GRRRR!
Hi everyone.
Just joined the forum because I am looking for some help. I just used my 2006 Expedition Eddie Bauer with 50+K miles on it.
There is no power to the climate control on the dashboard. No LED lights work on this control module, no power to the blower motor, no heat to the seats whether using the control on the dashboard control or using the streering wheel blower motor control. Radio, dashboard (odometer) and exterior lights work fine.
Also, there is no air flowing when I turn the blower switch on for the rear heat/ac.
Of course my service tech has already left for the weekend!
Any help or suggestion gratefully appreciated! Thank you for your replies!

Access to a wiring diagram would really be helpful now! Since we don't have that, in the owner's manual should be some info as to what fuses control the non functioning items. That is always a good place to start checking since a blown fuse is pretty quick and easy to replace. At least you would know the power is available to those components.

OK, found the fuse box on passenger side under dashboard. Checked fuses #13 Manual Climate Control, #107 Aux ac blower relay and motor, #116 front blower motor relay, and R06 Front blower assembly (is sealed unit can't tell if it is blown)
All appear intact. The buttons are lit up by the internal lights on the Climate Control panel BUT no LED (numbers or command) in screen and of course no power.

OK, went to my Ford dealer tech confirmed it was the Automatic Electronic Temperature Control Head Module. Not sure if I am identifying the part properly but it is the whole module that is in the dashboard that allows me to manually control the temperature in the vehicle and has the LCD screen read out for inner and outer temps.
Does anyone have any links to the replacement part. I want to see if I can buy it cheaper than what my service tech will sell it to me.
I have googled but can only find it on ebay used under a/c heater digital climate control panel and do not want to but used.
Thank you for your help!

Ok, thanks Hanky... looks like it will be about $550. with part and labor was hoping to try and save a little but your advice is well taken.
Will take 3 days to get it from Detroit so probably won't have any heat/defrost until Friday hopefully it stays fairly warm here in the northeast!
