Default No Power to Climate Control at times

We have an 08 F350 Diesel that the climate control panel sometimes don't light up. Which when it doesn't light up, it doesn't work. Heat, air or heated mirrors. Then you can be going down the road and it will come on. It just works when it feels like it. Any ideas?

Many times when we get one like this the fuse panel (Central Junction Box) is involved.
It is located at the driver's side, under the dash, just to the left of the steering column. Check the fuse(s) for the heat, air and mirror heat. They may have questionable connections due to a leaking windshield which most owners are not aware. Has the windshield ever been replaced in your vehicle?
