Default Starting system fault 2016

I have a starting system fault on my 2016 expedition. Won't start, started fine yesterday, I checked all fuses and relays with a multimeter. No codes on scan tool.

My key fob works properly. I have no idea what's going on and truck won't start. Any help would be appreciated!

It is not push button start and I can't find any info on how to bypass this code to get it started.

When you say won't start, exactly what does it do, cranks over , but does not fire up and start running or just clicks or does nothing at all?

All the electronics work as they should, when I turn the key there's a click (not like the multiple clicks when the battery is dead) and then it pops up on the screen and says starting system fault. None of the lights turn off, nothing dims like the battery is dying.

Consider trying this,
Turn the headlamps on, have someone either try to start the engine or watch the headlights for you.

What do the headlamps do when you attempt to start the engine ? Nothing, dim, or go out ?
