Where is fuel pump accident cut off button on 04 Expedition?

I have a book for 97-2000 Expedition, they say behind pass kick panel, I didn't find it there.

The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the left rear quarter trim panel, near the liftgate. The switch is located behind an access panel and is located beneath the air suspension switch (if equipped).
