Thats because you reset the computer when you shut off the car and it takes that long to re-read the error...to tell you the truth, sounds like a computer problem to me and I ain't good w/ them, maybe someone else is...any thoughts guys?

What the new KOEO code? is it a heated o2 sensor? maybe heater ckt out?

you said you had a low temp coolant reading ,, I would re-run the test again , Make sure eng is up to operating temp . A stuck thermostat , or a missing thermostat will cause you all kinds of problems on a puther motor, as it reads that the coolant temp is low so it thinks the motor is still cold an will dump more fuel , which inturn sets off a O2 sensor code,,, Whats that ole tune -- one thing leads to another ??????
