Default 1996 Ford Explorer bad noise

Hello all,

New here so hoping to get some help with this scary sounding noise coming from our '96 Ford Explorer.

My wife and I have been boondocking for the past year and we left our 1996 Ford Explorer XLT with our kids for them to use as a knock around car. It was in great condition and well taken care of when we left it with them. But they pulled up in in it on Christmas day at our Airbnb and wow...she's in bad condition now.

I've take this video clip so hopefully it will be enough for a lead on the issue. It's the the breathy/airy "woo woo wooh" sound in the video, not the serpentine belt turning.

Any ideas and help would help a lot!

I couldn't open your file.
Can you help with a little more info?
Does the sound change if engine speed is changed?
