I have a 2010 Ford Explorer, and we had 5 codes pop up when the CEL came on. Took it to the local auto repair place (A Napa certified place) they replaced all 4 O2 sensors and an EGR, which are what the codes were 4. 2 days later, the CEL was back on, same codes. They said the EGR valve was bad, and replaced it. 3 days and boom, same codes. This last time, they said they suspect it's the PCM and thats not something they can replace because it has to be programmed at a dealership. I called our local dealership, and the service manager said he doubts it's the PCM as he rarely ever replaces them.

So here I am before y'all looking for other possible things that might be causing the issues, before I drop $1500 on a possible new PCM.

4 O2 all failed, no. PCM,, doubtful.. What were the codes generated?
