Default 91 explorer sparkplugs passenger side

i bought a 91 explorer eddie bauer from a friend and a lot of stuff was taken off. i got 99 percent of it back together except for the sparkplugs on the passenger side. do i have to take the tire off to get to those? what a pain. it wouldn't have been taken apart but my ex-son-in-law started robbing parts for his explorer before he got caught. basically, he took all, the new parts that were bought for my explorer and used them on his including the sparkplugs and just left everything out in the open to gather dirt, leaves, etc. i squirted oil in the cylinders before i started putting things back together and collecting the nuts and bolts.

The plug up close to the firewall is the tough one. Not much room with the AC case and all the restriction up top.
Removing the wheel and splash gaurd helps with access.
