I was wondering if there are any websites to where I could find after market head/tail lights for my 91 explorer? also what kind of time can i expect to be into ball joints and front rotors on a this car to.

did you try to google 91 ford explorer tail light? I know there are some companies on ebay that sell, but I never checked for '91.
